Doublé Kronos !

Comme prévu, un doublé Kronos en Allemagne. Dès le début du Week-End, loeb s’est installé en tête sans en être délogé. Loeb égale ainsi le record de victoire en Rallye avec ses 26 premières places en rejoignant Carlos Sainz. Sordo est resté à sa deuxième place en suivant les consignes d’équipe. Sur cette dernière journée, Sarazzin abandonne sur problème de boite et Gardemeister n’est pas parvenu à revenir sur Marcus. Le classement :

Marcus Gronholm : « It was a big battle (with Gardemeister) but I hope it had been a battle with a different Citroen (Leob)« 

Toni Gardemeister : « I think it was too much for this last stage, I try to go quick but I don’t take any risks. I try to keep good speed incase he (Gronholm) makes any mistake« 

Andreas Aigner : « We went off 3kms before the finish! » – Front bumper was missing, also reports coming in that he is losing oil.

Mikko Hirvonen : « I’m not really happy how the rally went, anyway its okay now we finish and go to Finland«
