Loeb l’avait annoncé, les locaux sont effectivement très fort sur leur terrain. Mark Higgins au volant de son Impreza WRC est en tête au premier soir du rallye. Il a effectué 5 scrathes sur 6, Loeb remportant la dernière spéciale. Le classement au vendredi soir :
